Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable pet battle skinning
2. Ensure Pet Battles skin is enabled in ElvUI settings
3. Check for movers out of pet battle.
4. Check for movers in pet battle.
5. Movers not available

Expected Behavior
I should be able to move pet battle action bat

Actual Behavior
No movers

ElvUI + S&L Enabled
Reproducible with only ElvUI and S&L loaded

Only ElvUI Enabled
S&L dependent option. Would not work without S&L enabled.
