Steps to Reproduce
Did a windows fresh install, setup addons from scratch. Installed ElvUI and S & L.

Expected Behavior
Should be able to change the skin for the objective frame

Actual Behavior
Objective frame skin options do nothing at all.

ElvUI + S&L Enabled
Issue is persistent with only these two enabled.

Edit:
I do get the following LUA error if I enable and disable the "underline" option
