Description
I have been trying to create two different Beast Mastery gearsets and tie swapping to talents in the Dark Ranger and Pack Leader trees, but the talent tag isn't working for it. There was some discussion on Discord in 2023 about also adding a spell tag, which I tried as well, but it didn't seem to work either.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create two sets
2. Set up equipment conditions to swap between them based on a talent/spell

Mine are two sets called darkranger and packleader, and I set it up to swap keyed off the first talent the center tree, Black Arrow (spell id 466932) and Howl of the Pack Leader (spell id 471876):

[spell:466932] darkranger; [spell:471876] packleader

I did also try the talent tag as well.

Expected Behavior
Sets swap when changing talent builds

Actual Behavior
Existing set stays equipped

ElvUI + S&L Enabled
Yes it happens with only ElvUI and S&L.
