Minimap "instance indication"

Description
Trying to use instance indication and it just pops an error.
Shadow & Light Version
4.45
ElvUI Version
12.98
Steps to Reproduce
Step one open SnL and go to minimap, pick the instance indication tab and set to enable.
Expected Behavior
shows info on the minimap of instance size/rating.
Actual Behavior
Nothing happens, just an error
ElvUI + S&L Enabled
Happens with SLerror on or off.
