Mail text body font size

Description
The body of text when READING an opened mail at the mailbox is not increased/decreased.
(However it is possible to change the font size when writing a mail or reading a permanent copy of the mail from your inventory using sliders)

ElvUI Version 12.99
Steps to Reproduce
- /ec to open elvui then select shadow and light tab lower left of panel
- select Media tab then Misc Texts tab
- Step use Font Size slider to change Mail Text size (no change in opened mail) also changed Gossip and quest Frames Text Font Size slider (no change in opened mail)
- reload ui no change, reboot wow no change
Expected Behavior
Font size increases/decreases within body of opened Mail message at mailbox
Actual Behavior
no change to moving slider up or down to text within body of mail message

the original wow font/size is larger and more elaborate and easier to read despite it being unenboldened compared to the default opened mail font setting with elvui+ S&L enabled.
Error Log
edit to add - using the media tab in elvui (not shadow and light) and apply to all and moving the font size slider changes all but mailbox open message text. so neither elvui or shadow and light seem to be able to change opened mail message body text size.
This particular text was somehow changed in pre-patch to not accept our usual methods of applying fonts.
So we temporarily excluded it from the list in the backend.
