Cannot move Objective Tracker

Hello, currently I can't move the objective tracker. I used to be able to, but right now it's under my minimap and I can't figure out how to move it, after digging for a while I just realized I really can't. Sorry if this is a know issue.
ElvUI_SLE-4.55
Elvui version: 13.10
Even with only elvui and SL I can't move it.

Sorry, but I used to be able to move it with S&L. This issue just started
occurring recently, I'm using ElvUI and S&L. My apologies if I'm mistaken.
