Does not correctly determine when to display the scrollbar in character attributes

Steps to Reproduce

Default profile, druid

1. Move to Armory Mode -> Attributes -> Attack
2. Here should be 2 active checkboxes by default
3. Add any 3d checkbox. The 3d checkbox displaces the last attribute line
4. Add a 4th checkbox and the scrollbar will show

Expected Behavior

Scroll should be displayed on the 3rd checkbox

Actual Behavior

The 3d checkbox displaces the last attribute line

Additional Information

Same thing with another attributes, I took screenshots before I wrote steps to reproduce
Don't show dodge in character attributes, no scrollbar

Remove checkbox from armor and showed dodge, no scrollbar

Move back checkbox to armor and disable "Only Relevant Stats", the scrollbar is shown

scrollbar is totally based on number of stats shown. it is set to show if more than 14 are visible as you can see here.
