Describe the bug
As of 10.1, the minimap button bar seems to show blank spots for some addons. It's getting worse as more addons get updated (perhaps as they start to make use of the Addon Compartment Frame?)

To Reproduce
The gaps are always present, but here are the 8 addons I'd been showing in that bar (in one line) through this entire expansion with no issue, and now I'm seeing these gaps:

• Clicked
• WeakAuras
• MDT
• SavedInstances
• BagSync
• BugSack
• Great Vault button (WeakAura)
• Grid2

Expected behavior
There should only be button spots used up by actual addon buttons, not by blank spaces
