[Bug] Tooltip wrong on Crests

Describe the bug
The tooltip of my inventory about the Shadowflame Crests, is unfortunately no longer readable.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Load Elvui + Windtools
- Error exists von the Crests Items
- see error
4.Deavtivate Windtools will stop this issue its not a bag addon problem

- Addon Version: 10.05.23 3.31

It's not an Windtools Issue it's an Issue on your End cause you are using an Weakaura for the Crest Name on Tooltip... see here.

Next Time then posting an Issue pls do test srsly only with ElvUI and Windtools enabled and not telling it exist on it then it doesn't.
This Item didn't have an ilvl Range in the Name.
