I noticed that in the extra item bar 1 where also the loot boxes is displayed that unfortunately this is not always the case.

there are several cases may cause that:

1. if you are in combat, the bar cannot refresh the items because of blizzard's api limit.
2. some boxes are new to game, that's why the item list is updated in every version.
