[Bug] - Quest items on quest tracker not working

Describe the bug
When trying to use a quest item from the quest tracker, nothing happens, just a sound is heard.
No bug is captured
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'Quest Tracker'
- Click on 'Quest item'
- Scroll down to 'n/a'
- See error
Expected behavior
Quest item action should trigger, but only a clicking sound is heard
