As soon as I open the "Simple Addon Manager" while the "Simple Addon Manager" Skin is active, I get the following error message.

Press escape, click Addons and the error message will display if following conditions are met. The "Simple Addon Manager" Skin has to be enabled in ElvUI > Windtools > Skins > Addons > Simple Addon Manager (checkbox enabled)
This will not happen whenever the checkbox is not ticked
