I think it would be a good addition to have an option to only accept and turn in repeatable quests, like dailies and weeklies.

The reason: when I'm leveling an alt and do the usual quests, it's OK to skip them. But on a max level character when I see a new quest, I would like to read it before accepting. On the other hand, accepting repeatabe quests is a chore and it would be good to have it automated.

I imagine it would be good for others as well for the same reason.
