Describe the bug

Newest WindTools version breaks warband collections. Cannot check mounts, appearances, etc. You can hear the sound of the window opening, but the window doesn't show.

To Reproduce

Log in, pres Shift+P to open collections, window is not showing

Expected behavior

When pressing Shift+P the collections window should open.

Not applicable since the window cannot be seen, be it in a screenshot or not.

Additional context

Checked with all addons disabled and zeroed it out to WindTools being the culprit.

Also, it works when in combat, only when out of combat the window doesn't show.
