Describe the bug

ElvUI WindTools doesn't seem to load properly at all after the 11.2 patch.

There's an "ElvUI WindTools" button on the minimap...

...But I can't see the WindTools settings in the ElvUI menu anymore. The changes I've previously applied in the WindTools settings also don't seem to be affecting my UI anymore.

To Reproduce

Update the game client to 11.2 and log in.

It is normal when new patch contains API changes.
I will start the compatibility work later today (JST)

OK, all seem to work now I've upgraded to ElvUI 13.95

Initial compatibility improvements were contributed by @DakJaniels.
I've added several fixes for move frames and released them in v3.93.
If you encounter any new bugs, please report them here.
This issue will remain open until everything is stable.

is worked in ElvUI 13.95, when i upgraded to ElvUI 13.96,is bug now
