Collectionator adds some functions to Auctionator which already has a skin, Collectionator just needs Buttons & Item List display skinned and it uses the same window as Auctionator so it's mostly skinned already.

I’ve noticed that you’ve opened several feature requests lately, but I want to point out that creating and maintaining a skin often takes tens of hours—it’s far from a trivial task. If the plugin seems decent, I’ll consider adding it; otherwise, the skin won’t be included. After all, if I don’t actually use it myself, any future changes to the main plugin will force me to disable that skin. The Rematch skin, for example, has been disabled for four years.

Creating a skin is less about writing code and more about endless trial-and-error and poring over the original add-on’s code so you can apply the skin to every single element. If you’re determined to give something an ElvUI look, you can study the existing skins and build one yourself—that’s exactly how I got started. The authors of the recent WhisperPop and SilverDragon skins spent countless hours doing just that before submitting pull requests that were merged into WindTools.
