Hello, ElvUI currently supports playing a sound when someone says your name, or other keywords you can configure.

I would love to take it a step further and make the chat message that contains the keyword(s) to pop up on screen like a raid warning or chat bubble to get my attention as sometimes I do not hear the sounds from ElvUI.

Prat has a similar feature but I would prefer to stick with ElvUI chat module.
