I've tried trouble shoot this issue, and I tried to find the option where I can add the name %Tag into the line inside of the options, but couldn't find any.

I disable chat tweaks and names was showing again.

P.s. Online users show names fine.
Offline users don't have names, just "has gone offline"

I use elv ui + chat tweaks + S&L plugins. --- the problem only present itself when chat tweaks plugin is enabled.
