I can see the enemy list but I can't select an enemy from there. If I select an enemy by clicking on its nameplate then I see that the addon highlights it as being targeted, but clicking on an enemy from the addon's enemy list does nothing.
I have tried this with all other addons disabled, only Enemy Grid enabled.

Nvm, I see 7.1 broke it.
