Rune dropdown stays open when losing mouseover focus

The rune dropdown menu of the rune slots opens when you mouse over.
If you open a menu like the map, the character info, guild screen, etc., opens above the rune menu and therefore also your cursor, you can move the mouse away and the rune menu stays open.
This can also be repeated to open all 3 menus simultaneously.
