1. For some reason one word (Other) is not translated.

2. Not all commands are in this file (slashcommands).

1. I think that occured because it was missing in the default enUS translation.
   I have added it - maybe it will now display.

2. That are old commands now either serviced by other commands (like just /empl) or via the options menu.

Feel free to reopen, if the "Other" issue reoccurs :)

Have you tried pulling the loot tables once again?
As I see it that should do the trick.
