No vertical offset & inconsistent fog of war.

There seems to be an issue with the Enhanced World Map for Classic. Issues persist with no other addons enabled.
Using version 2.1.44 on Classic Era

  • Vertical offset is zero. (Blizzard issue?)
  • Fog of war behaving incorrectly. Discovered areas are sometimes darkened.
    • New level 1s seem to consistently have this issue in their starting area.
