iLvl Denominator is not functioning

Private message on CurseForge: "i think the iLvl Denominator is not functioning. if i change the value it doesnt actually change anything. "

I just tested it and it seems to be working well. The below screen shots show the 10N/25N T7 head of Paladin, which ilvl is 200/213.
