On the default quest tracker (and I believe EQT used to have this) you would have a box pop up that would allow you to complete the quest. You cannot do this with the current version of Eska Tracker as you need to open the quest information box and click complete manually.

I'd like the quest complete box to appear on the tracker instead of having to do it manually.

In EskaTracker, the quest popup are considered as notification, so check if the notifications are well linked to a tracker in the options.
EskaTracker should display these 2 kind of quest popup:

1. The popup which offers a quest.
2. The popup which completes a quest.

Have you encountered a problem only for type 2 ? or both ?
Do you have the Blizzard tracker enabled ?

Interesting. It was by default set to Main and I don't use Main. :p
