Bug: Quests header and World Quest header reset to default every time I relog or /reload

Describe the bug
I have changed the header size or hidden it for Quests and/or World Quests and rather than stay hidden or stay the size I've input it will default back to normal height and appearance the next time I relog or /reload

Do you have an error log of what happened?
None

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Disable Header under Blocks > Quests > Header
  2. Type /reload
  3. Header is now back to default rather than remaining disabled / hidden

Expected behavior
The header should remain hidden when use unchecks "Show" in header options.
