Error while setting up themes (colors and fonts)

Hi,
1.) Colors:
Basically colors are all over the place. When I try to change quest font color, "square" colors, they just jump around.

2.) Fonts
Quest name fonts just don't want to change to what I'm selecting. After numerous tries and reloadui does work but I don't understand how and when.

From my side, all seems work fine. What is the addon which changes the color picker ? I assume there is compatibility issues with it.
