Describe the bug
The option to lock action bars (EskaTracker > Action Bars > [insert name] > Lock) does not persist through logout.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error is triggered

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Action Bars > [Custom Bar Name]
2. Check on Lock
3. Log out
4. Log in
5. Lock setting is unchecked

Expected behavior
Lock setting to persist through logout

What is the version of EskaTracker you use ?

What are the versions of PLoop and Scorpio you use ?
(You can known that in opening the EskaTracker options)
