[BUG]: tailOnMinimap does not rotate if "rotateMinimap = 0" and trailOnMinimap does reflect icon/arrow selection

This is actually for both Retail and Classic.

Trail on Minimap when HUD is not shown does not rotate and does not display the icon/arrow selected in Trail Path settings.

Icon on MiniMap falls back to trail-arrow-1.tga without rotation.

I have created a PR to fix this, but I don't actually know how to link this issue/ticket to the PR i created.
