no background texture in wotlk

The edit contact frame doesn't have a background texture in WotLK.

Turns out that it's a general bug in WotLK. The Iconframe for macros is missing a background as well.

alright. same bug is now in classic as well. so my guess is version 1.14.4

did some restyling of that frame with different source templates. so all versions should have a nice window again :)
