RTC is great, but abandoned. It's MIT-licensed for easy absorption.

What's great is that you could build this in to SoftRes support, and automatically handle double reserves or single reserves. So annoying when looting to deal with multiple rolls without automatic tracking. I hate it when someone rolls twice and I'm Master Looting and I have to manually watch for scammers on things like gem bags where 20 people roll. You could automatically kick the double rolls, or people who weren't allowed to roll, and list the rolls that were valid. I'd love that.

RTC handles double rolls, but has no concept of SoftRes.it, so I always run my raids with the "Double Res" feature turned off.

RTC also has a little window in game that's kind of nice. Tells you guild and ranks, so you can see easily if someone is a guildie or PUG, or on an alt or main. Helps make loot decisions faster.

@Gogo1951 which features exactly would you like to see in Gargul? Roll tracking, double roll recognition and double/tripple/etc soft-reserve handling is already in there :)

Where is this? I didn't see anything to do with rolls or announces when using the tool.

Here's a little mockup of some ways I think the little loot timer window could evolve. I loved that window, but it was just for display and didn't let me do anything. Having these tools would make my life as a raid leader so much easier.

Love to know how Gargul can handle some of this, but I don't see any buttons or way to trigger loot in its current state. There's a lot of text in there, hard to explain without text... but like... gotta get back to what's good for the user... and nobody reads. Ha.

Also good to have your name on the bar... that way it'll be shown if streamers use it. So like for Questie, we made sure to put "Questie" not "Quest Log" so everyone knew where to go to get the same experience they saw on streams.

Looks like you didn't use the rollout functionalities of Gargul, you can check those out first and then see what you're missing :)

alt+click an item (default hotkey) from inventory/loot window/trade timers and click Start. Rolls will be tracked for the duration, duplicates will be flagged, soft-reserve status will be visible etc 😃

Gargul is using Shift + Click for some things... causing some issues since that's split stacks and other add-ons use it. Playing around, biggest issue is just how much reading there is to make this work. I don't mean to harp on that, just basically one helper-text line is about all I can do. Ha.

These are the default settings and the only click shortcuts that are used :) Shift-click is not one of them unless you changed the settings.

In my defense: the only reading you need to do is the reading of the small info popup that shows when looting a boss.

I could include a small how-to when you open Gargul with /gl, but with how difficult reading is for most players anything over 3 lines would be skipped instantly.

Maybe make a small tutorial section in the /gl menu?
