We need to capture everything that gets looted above the Master Looter threshold.

Acceptance Criteria

We should capture...

• Item ID
• Item Name
• Item Rarity
• Zone Name
• Date
• Looted To Player Name

When Creating an "Instance" we should Store it like "{Master Looter Name} - YYYY MM DD - Zone Name, Zone Name, Zone Name"

Every time you enter an instance, you should be prompted to start a new session via a popup; if you decline it just keeps appending to the original session.

Date can be "started date" in case of a 11:30 PM run, and just use Server Time.

Like we saw in Groupie, probably not an easy way to pull the 10/25 from the Instance Name, but if we can include that it would be good.

Locale-based names is fine, we don't have to go through the hassle of using clean names like we did for Groupie.
