We need a place to show completed Auctions.

Acceptance Criteria

• Only show auctions that have been completed.

• Delete needs an "Are you sure you want to delete the auction for [Item] won by {Name}?" confirm box, upon it will need to print out that the auction has been voided and show the new pot total.

• Needs to show if paid or not.

• Default sort is by Unpaid / Paid, then by Purchase Time. The person who hasn't paid for the longest should be at the top.

• Remind Unpaid sends whispers to people letting them know to trade specific items to the raider leader.

"{rt2} GDKPd : Please complete your transaction for [Item] by paying {Master Looter} {Amount}. Please don't delay, your item is only tradable for another {123} minutes!"

• Announce Unpaid prints out list of people in raid who still have auctions to complete.

"{rt2} GDKPd : Reminder there are 4 people with pending transactions!
"{rt2} GDKPd : {Joe}, {Sally}, {Tom}, {Bob}.
