Control the active auction.

Acceptance Criteria

Since we aren't doing multiple auctions, it's fine to just have one of these windows allowed at a time.

We can gray out other "Auction" buttons on the GDKPd Pending tab.

So two versions of this window, one for bidders, and one for the master looter running the auctions.

What's kind of neat here, is if a Bidder has GDKPd installed they can enter an amount, and their version of the add-on will auto-bid by the minimum bid increments automatically until the maximum amount they are willing to spend is reached.
