Need a little status panel that shows up at all times and gives the Master Looter some data.

Acceptance Criteria

• Shows Pot Total

• Show Pending Auctions.

• Warning if any items have less than 10 minutes left on their trading timer.

• Button for Announcing Raid Rules.

• Button for Announcing Payment Rules.
