Need a simplified way to let people auto-master loot items to themselves.

Acceptance Criteria

• Keep it very simple.
• Never touch recipes, mounts, or pets.
• Grab the code from GogoLoot.
• OFF by default.
• I'd love to have options for looting BOE Greens to a specific person, but that can come later. The code for GogoLoot works for all this.
• This window needs to open whenever someone with the add-on is designated Master Looter.
