If you select Filter Item Quality to Common (White) it will bug out if you try to mouseover to swap items/trinkets.

In vanilla there are some Common items you want to swap to, namely Goblin Mortar and Gnomish Invis/Net.

For now the compromise to swap the filter to Green quality fixes the issue.
