I'm not sure what the issues is but when I hover over the buttons on the created gear menu bar, nothing pops up giving me an option to change to another item.

Here's everything I've tried and checked:

1. disabling other addons to find a conflict - no issue here.
2. making sure I have items to swap to in my bag.
3. changing the "Filter Item Quality" to poor so that other items show up.
4. reloading/relogging

No matter what I do I can't get the bar to allow me to swap to other items on mouseover. Just nothing pops up when I mouseover. Not even the "unequip slot" is showing up on mouseover, and I have that enabled too.

Mine stopped working as well :( glad to know its not just me

Sorry about that. Just saw that the introduction of runes for SOD caused this. I will release an update in the next couple hours.
