I disabled "Rarity" and the options now load correctly, but it still shows an error dialog. I will paste below for your discretion, since it doesn't prevent me from using Glass to its full current potential.

This definitely looks like an addon conflict. I think one of the installed addons has an older/broken version of AceConfigDialog. You could try disabling all other addons except Glass and check if that works, and then work your way to find the problem addon.

@richterlevania3 It looks like something's wrong with an addon called "Rarity". Could you try disabling it and see what happens?
