Add Check when Items are Added to Ignore Lists to Validate Number is Legitimate Item ID

I was testing Gogoloot and filled in a very large number in the ignore list @ General Settings (an item id that didn't exist). Afterwards I got the following error and the addon is completely broken from that point on, forcing me to remove the SavedVariables file in order to get it to reset:

When someone goes to add an invalid ID, we'll just ignore it. Easy fix.
