Make Creator Tooltip work with ElvUI / without Pushing a Button

But the moment I go to take a screenshot, it shows up.

Tool tip isn't show up for me until I click a button. On just mouse-over, it's not loading. But if I move or add some input, then it shows up.

They do stack, but they don't show up right away. Need to figure out why the tooltips aren't instant.
