The quest Alien Egg [4821] is listed in Wholly, but does not appear under Thousand Needles. You can make a search for it, and it pops up and states that it is a Thousand Needles quest there, but it is not in the list under that category. The same applies to the quest: Wanted - Arnak Grimtotem [5147]. The latter has ** listed as the quest giver (it is a signpost)

These quest did show up once it was in my log, so I am assuming it's a typo or something causing them not to show beforehand.

Wind Rider [4767] also has this problem, as does A Different Approach [9431]

There may also be others

Also looks like the same/similar issue with some Ashenvale quests:

Diabolical Plans [9535] from item drop shows in search, but does not show in Ashenvale. The subsequent quest Never Again! [9536] also does not appear, but these quest do not have the zone associated in Wholly.

Also Serpent Wild [4865]
