As the CurseForge automatic packaging has been enabled, some minor cleanup of the project is needed.

• Add a .pkgmeta file to ignore files that should not be bundled.
• Add license and changelog files to the .pkgmeta.
• Move unit test code under the tests directory and omit the files from packaging.
