Automatic chat tag (I.e. identity) for officers of the guilds to mark those poor souls.

This is a duplicate of #2. It would be more appropriate to use Identity. GreenWall doesn't alter messages you send to guild chat and I don't want to add that for a feature well outside of the purpose.
