TBC Raid debuff section is empty

Custom debuffs section stores debuffs autodetected using the Autodetection system, or manually added debuffs, so by default is empty.
You must Enable "The Burning Crusade" module first, in the raid debuffs "General Settings" tab, to see the tbc debuffs.
