What version of Grid2  are you using (Version is displayed in General/About Tab) ? | v2.8.8

Did you try having Grid2 as the only enabled addon and everything else disabled? | No because appears once every 30-60 mins, randomly

Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one? | Start using grid2 from v2.8.8

The clip has no context. And you are changing the layout settings, those settings are only configured once, so i dont understand what means that the issue appears once every 30-50 minutes, Which issue ?
Can you explain using words what is failing and what is the expected behaviour ?

P.P.S. I don't see any options to set roles except MT and OT

First issue that appears once every 30-50 minutes is when i mauseover any party/raid frame i got lua error on my screen, i attach error log txt file. Have same issue on WotlK Classic also. maybe this issue arises because of coflict with another addons but i cant test it because this lua error have full random spawn window.

Second issue i shown in clip, i create own layout setting for 10 and 25 ppl groups, and it doesnt show raidframes if there are no checkmarks in the main tank + main assist boxes. Maybe its not even a bug but in raid was 0 main tanks or main assist marks and without mani tank + main assist show options ON in layout setting raids frame wasnt shown.

Think i found source of the issue, when i choose load option (priest) in indicator: icons this errors start spawning, and i have same profile in Wotlk Classic.

Try out 2.8.10-beta version.

You must goto to the layout editor and check the new "Dps" option in the role filter.
It seems that now in classic_era the game sets all player as DAMAGERs while in raid, even if this version does not support roles (HEALER,TANK,DAMAGER). im assuming healers are considered Damagers , because in classic_era there are not option to assign the TANK or HEALER roles to the players,
This should be a blizzard bug in classic_era game , because now in party players have a NONE role but in raid a DAMAGER/DPS role (even if the player is a HEALER).
The correct game behaviour should be to set a NONE role to all players, because this version simply does not support roles.
But im no playing classic_era so maybe in last classic_era version they added some option in the interface to assign Roles ?

The tooltip issue should be fixed too.
