Shortly after the port over, there was a feature that ensured new registrations were set to Standby until they were confirmed to be accepted by any of the leaders. It seems as if this has since been removed. I'd love to see this come back as it helps to ensure clarification for the raid that just registering doesn't mean you're going to be able to attend (allows for backups from R2 roster if R1 is full).
