In Player Tooltips

Need to show Spec and Gear Score.

1st Line : Active Spec Name | Active Spec Talents
2nd Line : Talent Points Missing!
3rd Line : Item Level : 123 | GearScore : 1,968

Only show 2nd line if talent points are missing.

Only show 3rd line for for max-level characters.

In Character Sheets

1st Line : Show Talents
2nd Line : Show Average Item Level
3rd Line : Show Gear Score

Note, this would be for all players, just to help them get a bit more of a sense for what Gear Score was as they were leveling, and what to expect when they hit 80. We won't ever show GearScore for anyone other than a max-level character. I think that's sort of the compromise... like we don't want people leveling to look at GearScore as a thing that matters.

We would only list Gear Score when someone reached max-level.

For calculating GearScore...

This hasn't been updated in 12 years... it's not permissively licensed. If anyone comes calling and asks us to take it out... let's happily oblige. Otherwise, we can add a "thank you" and run with it I think.
