[BUG] Clicking on "Add an Action Block" (using the inline menus) doesn't place it right under the focussed block

🔵 Describe the bug:
It seems that clicking on "Add an Action Block" (using the inline menus) doesn't place it right under the focussed block.
🔵 To reproduce: (Steps to reproduce the behavior)
- Edit a macro
- Click on the "Add an Action Block" icon (from one of the "inline menus")
- The block gets added at the bottom

A new block placed right under the current focussed block.
