GSE does not appear to take advantage of the "Press and Hold Casting" feature

"Press and Hold Casting – When enabled, the player can press and hold a keyboard hotkey to cast a spell on an Action Bar without repeatedly pressing the button."
- When I place a regular spell on the Action Bar, this functionality works as expected.
- When I place a macro on the Action Bar, this functionality does not work as expected.
I can't tell if this is a Wow limitation, or a GSE bug. :(
