🟢 How does GSE currently work
GSE has two static Macro Stubs - one for KeyDown and another for KeyUP. While investigating #1225 BindPad and ConsolePort need the [nobutton:1] option.

🟢 Describe the solution you'd like
Change the macro stub to be generating rather than static. Allow for a Consoleport/Bindpad option and also add in the options needed for MacroReset IF the user has selected them in the options.
